In our seach for a new home online we saw one that Lynn was the listing agent and contacted her to arrange a showing during our February visit to Medford. Lynn met us at that property and immediately we knew that she was professional, extemely knowlegeable of all that was available in the area and very personable. While we were still living in Florida Lynn searched for a new home for us. She knew exactly what we would like and always had some homes lined up for us to view when we were back in Medford to visit family. During our October visit we looked at several homes and one of them fit our needs perfectly. We had to go back to Florida to finalize the sale of our home in Tampa and Lynn took care of everything for us in NJ. She went to the final walk thru of our home for us as we couldn't make it and then wrote a very detailed report about it for us. Our closing went smoothly because Lynn had everything in order. We certainly were grateful that we had Lynn representing us and highly recommend her to anyone that is interested in buying or selling a home.
