I contracted with Lynn to help in selling my deceased father's home in Portland, TX. Based on Lynn's recommendation, we decided to not sell the home "as-is". Lynn recommended that we empty out the house and get it cleaned up to make the home more marketable. So this is what we did. This process took several months to prepare the house for sale and Lynn patiently waited for the home to be prepared for sale. Lynn stayed in contact with me so she could stay updated on the progress. Lynn provided me with ample comp pricing which helped us in determining a reasonable listing price. Once Lynn finally listed the home, she received 7 offers over that weekend and we sold the home at the listed price. I cannot thank Lynn enough for helping me deal with the loss of my father and how to get his home ready for sale. She is a wonderful person and a great Real Estate Agent to work with!!!
