ZillowVERIFIED Lynn stayed with us all the way both both the sale of our house and the purchase of the new one. She answered frantic emails and texts at all hours, was extremely patient explaining stuff - yet again! - and just could not have been more supportive. She notified us and/or reminded us of so many things we did not know, or did not realize had to be completed. Recommend her highly.

ZillowVERIFIED Professional. Helpful. Calm. Reassuring. If these are the qualities that you are looking for in a realtor, than Lynn is the choice. She walked us through the process every step of the way from finding a lender through the closing. She is very prompt in returning calls, text, and emails. She was very timely in sending us updates on open houses, and researching properties that she felt we would appreciate, and setting up numerous showings until we found the one that was for us. You will not be disappointed with the process of buying or selling a home with Lynn as your realtor. Lynn also was our realtor for the sale of my mother-in-laws house last summer. Doesn t matter if you are buying or selling, Lynn will get the job done.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying and selling a house can and in are case was a very long drawn out process. We couldnt be more thankful for having someone like Lynn to navigate us through the murky waters. Lynn was extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process dealing with permits, approvals, multiple townships and county offices. She was very diligent and thorough staying on top of individuals so that jobs were done in a timely fashion. If i could give a higher rating for response time than I would because Lynn would immediately get back to us with updates or if we had questions or concerns regardless of time or day of the week which is a great quality especially during an 8 month or so process as this was. We always felt as if Lynn had our best interest at heart and would stand up for those interest at a drop of hat. Granted, we have only bought two houses and sold one so we dont have years of buying and selling homes to go off of but when things started to get difficult and stuff surely hit the fan it was great to know we had someone like Lynn in our corner who knew her business. We would definitely recommend Lynn Reilly as your realtor because you have to plan for the unplanned.

Lynn was always available when we asked to see homes, she was knowledgable about the area and school districts. Any question I had Lynn had the answer or found the answer within 24 hours. Lynn provided extensive info for what we needed from the moment we started looking for our house to the moment we closed. Even after we bought the home she is still helping me with questions I have. I am beyond thankful for our experience with lynn!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Lynn was wonderful to work with. She was there every step of the way for my Mom s emotional rollercoaster of selling her home of 30+ years and purchasing a new condo. She was professional, easy to work with, and extremely patient. Most of all, Lynn was truly sincere and went out of her way to make sure my Mom was happy and comfortable throughout the process. I would absolutely call on her again and recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I wanted to respond to Madeline. It was my apartment she was coming to look at. The appointment was rescheduled originally because of me. My daughter was seriously ill. I had agreed to let her in at 6pm as long as they were on time and in and out. I got my daughter to the car and had her laying down. We waited almost 30min and then I called it and said I m taking my sick child inside. I told Lynn I didn t feel comfortable with someone coming into my personal space with a very sick child while we were inside. So when Madeline did show up I told Lynn no it was to late.Lynn has been nothing short of professional, kind, understanding and honestly an amazing Real Estate agent. This was an isolated incident that was no fault other then the person showing up late. After Lynn had left Madeline continued to pace outside making myself and my daughter very uncomfortable. Lynn stayed on the phone with me until Madeline finally left. Again Lynn has honestly been amazing always going above and beyond.

ZillowVERIFIED If there was 0 I would give 0. She s totally rude and totally unprofessional. I told her I was running 15 minutes late to an appointment she rescheduled 5 times in one day and when I arrived at 6:15 instead of 6PM from Morristown to newton in rush hour she refused to show me the property.

ZillowVERIFIED Not only did Lynn contact me within minutes about the questions I had with certain properties when I was using Zillows contact a realtor feature, but she had all the information and more. She referred me to a few local mortgage brokers, told me about specific incentives with financing, and was continuously supportive and genuine throughout the entire process. She would even check up and reach out to us about new properties as well as price reductions within the market that she thought we might we interested in. As we are still on the hunt for the perfect house, we have made a great friend so far and will be referring her to others. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Lynn is a fantastic agent and Id recommend her to anyone. The fact that she searches homes within the customers parameters differentiates her from other agents. Ive been disappointed in other agents because after hearing about what I wanted, they handed me an MLS listing of many homes, most of which didnt meet my specifications. Lynn is attentive, listens and delivers what you want as long as its on the market. If youre a buyer in NJ, Lynn is the right agent for you.
