Lynn served as the agent finding a new tenant for a rental home that we own, and I was very impressed. Three things really stood out for me when it came to Lynn's work on our behalf. The first is that she works very hard. She sent us frequent updates detailing what she had been doing since the last update. She sent firm but kind reminders for things we had to do. She was just plain at it all the time, which was very appreciated. The second is that Lynn will do the right thing. She is not interested in cutting corners or in bending rules. If she tells you something, you can be sure it is legal and useful. If she recommends something, it is based on long experience and a sense of what is the correct way to approach and/or resolve an issue. The third is that Lynn is very detail oriented in a job in which details make all the difference. She remembers things you'll forget. That is her job, of course, but not all in her profession care as much about getting all the little things right-- and on time-- as Lynn does. I trust Lynn completely, am happy to recommend her, and confirm that she would be my first choice if and when I require an agent in the future.

I can not stress how much I would recommend using Lynn. She is knowledgeable in every aspect of the home buying/renting market. Very professional and also very down to earth on what her clients are looking for and making the home finding experience very enjoyable.
