Tracy showed us multiple listings in the area/price range we discussed, and got us in to tour our future home the day it came on the market! The first home we were interested in had 11 offers from its first open house, so promptness is paramount in OKI realty. When we decided to place an offer Lynn took over our process to make the deal. She has been in the OKI realty market for over 20 years and it is evident the first time you speak to her. There were several offers in on our future home as well, and Lynn's well-informed approach was instrumental in guiding us through the process of getting our offer excepted while not over-paying! The SoHo team handled the inspections and due diligence process seamlessly. And Lynn was able to negotiate a sizable price reduction based on minor inspection issues. Our purchase was tricky as we live in Phoenix, Arizona and flew back one time to walk through the house. At all times, Lynn was very professional, extremely knowledgeable about our home, the area and Oak Island. In addition, walked us through everything, from start to finish, every step of the way, from initial viewing to the inspections, insurance agencies in the area and the financial aspec of the sale. If we could give Lynn more than five stars, believe me, we would do so without hesitation. One additional point, a shout-out to her Office Administrator, Dawn...also a plus.
