ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Lynna Garcia! She dedicated so much of her time over the course of 6-8 months to find the perfect home for my husband and I. She sent new listings to us via email daily. She made private showing appointments that worked for our schedule. Lynn was also frequently available to see open houses with us. She was very knowledgeable and helped us identify the pros and cons of each house we looked at. Shes the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Lynn came in sweet and determined. Her knowledge and plan , made selling our house simple and successful. Selling ones home should be stressful. Talking to Lynn, having her guide us, made it easy as pie. We put our home on the market on a Saturday and had a deal by Monday. We cannot thank Lynn enough. Highly recommend (in fact my sister and brother used her service as well).

ZillowVERIFIED This is my second experience with Lynn. She sold my house 6 months earlier and did a terrific job. This time as a buyer my experience with Lynn was just as great. She is always current on what is on the market. She knows the area very well and gave me great advice about what to look for in the area I was interested in. I found a place exactly like I was looking for but wasnt sure I would find at my price level. Lynn is familiar with all important pieces that need to be considered when buying a home. I highly recommend Lynn both as a sellers agent and buyers agent.

ZillowVERIFIED We had been working with another agent and became very frustrated with the quality of homes being shown to us. We must have looked at 15 properties before deciding to make a change. Lynn came highly recommended by a family friend and we were 100% satisfied with the level of service she provided. She knew exactly what we were looking for and after only one meeting, we had our new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Lynn was referred to me by my brother. She was determined to find us the right house from day 1. You can trust her if she tells you a home is not right for you. She knows neighborhoods, schools, busy or quiet streets. We were knew to the area and felt 100% confident in her. She was always available and made good on her word when she said we would find a house and be moved in before school started! School started 9/8 we moved in 9/3. Lynn is a great realtor and a REAL person.

ZillowVERIFIED Lynn knew exactly what I wanted and found it. Her honesty made me trust her and her real estate savvy. For example one unit (that I insisted upon seeing) she was put the key in the door and said Im sorry but I know you are not going to like this one. She was right I hated it. It was very refreshing not to receive a hard sell on something that clearly was not going to work. Her availability with my work schedule was always for my needs rather than hers. Lynn is a pro and her knowledge of the area is excellent!

I had heard from many people that she was a terrific realtor, so naturally I turned to her to handle the sale. Lynn was a consummate professional; very responsive and efficient, and her market analysis was right on target. I couldnt have been happier with the service and advice I received from Lynn. I highly recommend Lynn to anyone buying or selling a property who values exemplary service and wants to work with a caring and kind person with excellent interpersonal skills. Lynn is a true master of her craft.

ZillowVERIFIED Lynn came highly recommended to me from a friend of mine whos very picky, and I was not disappointed. Working with Lynn was easy and comfortable from the first time we spoke right through to the closing of the sale of my fathers home that had to be completed in a timely manner. She explained everything every step of the way, and more importantly she guided us through the process to ensure nothing was missed along the way that could hang up the deal at the end. Once the house was listed we stayed in regular communication to discuss showings, offers, negotiations, etc. Everything went off without a hitch, the closing was right on time, and the entire process was very smooth. Thank you Lynn!

ZillowVERIFIED After my wife and I were disappointed with our previous agent, Lynn was a bright star in our desperate moments, literally. Not only she gave us an uplifting view of the real estate market but she also guide us, in the most professional way, through the nuts and bolts of really marketing our house to sell and not just to show up nicely in open houses. She gave us practical staging advice and even when we were away from home she did the pre-arranged changes all by herself. Nine fruitless months with the previous agent became three months with Lynn followed with an offer and contract at the end. Lynn understands the local market expertly but most importantly she understands buyers and sellers alike. Lynn was recommended by two friends of ours and I told them again and again that I am grateful for their small but so valuable advice.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking to buy a home in Rockland County, then I highly recommend Lynn Garcia. We began our search for a home over 2 1/2 years ago and we went through 6 different agents (6 agents!) before finally meeting Lynn. Without a doubt, Lynn is the kindest, most trustworthy, reliable, helpful, available, knowledgeable and experienced agent around. She guided us expertly through each stage of the process. I really like that Lynn works where she has lived and raised her kids. This gave us an important and invaluable perspective, especially since we were moving from Manhattan and didnt know anything about Rockland County. It must be said that Lynn is an inherently kind, generous and energetic person. For example, two months after closing and we are still able to turn to her for advice and recommendations (doctors, tree removal service, etc.). We are so happy to have been able to work with such a positive and professional agent like Lynn Garcia.
