During my 45 years, I have been fortunate to work with various buyers from first time home buyers, to commercial, to land buyers, rural/country buyers, mobile home buyers, and I specialize as the "Family" Realtor with specializing with Seniors and trusts as well.

This last year I have counseled many sellers that are moving in with their families, "smartsizing" down to smaller homes and leaving the state to be closer to family. Some is wasn't in their best interest to sell and some needed to sell sooner than later. We love being the generational trusted advisor to families.

I am constantly keeping up with the market changes and technology changes. I also attend coaching and training on a regular basis. I have completed several certification courses over the years from such as: GRI(Graduate of Real Estate) CPM (Certified Property Manager) Probate Specialist; CDPE(Certified Distressed Prop Expert) SRES (Senior Residential Specialist)
