We worked with Lynn Brosnahan to find and purchase a house in spring 2017. We were relocating to Rhode Island and needed a local relator. We chose Lynn because she had the Military Relocation Professional credential (we intended to utilize the VA home loan program), she seemed to operate in a fairly wide area (for RI), and she had good reviews on Zillow.We were first time homebuyers on a fairly tight schedule who were relocating to an area with a fast-moving market. Not an ideal situation. But Lynn made it happen for us, guiding us through the process with assurance.Lynn was flexible and accommodating. She was able to clear a whole weekend to show us properties from Woonsocket to South Kingston. She set up showings for two properties wed found online that she didnt necessarily think were the best options for us, but that we really felt like we needed to see to decide for ourselves. She also arranged for colleagues to take us to two additional properties on the morning we were leaving (when she had preexisting appointments).She listened to our wants and needs and did not show us properties that we wouldnt actually consider buying (staying both within our price range and off our we-definitely-dont-want-x list). Lynn provided input on properties, but was never pushy. Her focus always seemed to be on us and our needs and she proved to be a calming presence through the days back-to-back showings.Lynns knowledge and experience was particularly helpful during the offer process. She saved us money by encouraging us to go in with a lower starting offer that we would have otherwise.

I highly recommend Lynn to anyone else interested in either selling or buying a new home. She is by far one of the nicest and most professional persons that I have every had the pleasure of working with. First, she is very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate dealings. Her professionalism is impeccable. She was the only person to be interested in selling my house during the most difficult of times back in 2014 during the real estate crisis. After renting the house for two years she approached me again when the real estate market improved. She systematically went through a process to sell our house based upon posting the optimum pricing and our time schedule. Finally, she is one of the most sincere and genuinely nice persons I have ever encountered in business or personal life. You can trust her to have your concerns and best interests taken care of while selling or buying a home. Again, Lynn was fabulous and I highly recommend her to anyone.
