Lynn helped us price our house and prepare it for showings. She guided us through the entire process and offered insightful advice at every step. And she did it all with kindness and care. Lynn was always easy to get a hold of and always called us back promptly. I may not know know real estate transactions, but I know a rock star when I see one. I would recommend Lynn to everyone, without any reservations. You cant do better than Lynn.

ZillowVERIFIED Lynn did a super job for me in selling my property in Deerfield,NY. I wish all of my business operatons went this smoothly. From the time I said, "I want to sell" to my getting the check in the mail, Lynn handled every detail professionally, completely, and positively. She handled all questions and concerns and left me hassle-free. At one point, some incorrect information was given by the Township almost sinking the sale, but Lynn personally saw that the error was corrected and it was no problem after that. Lynn was attentive to detail and saw to it that I was kept informed throughout the whole process. I would give Lynn my highest recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED Lynn and Steve were great! They helped negotiate a fair price for the house I was interested in. They were quick to respond and work through a couple of inspection issues that came up. They were able to suggest a mason to give me an estimate for a repair that was needed and found on inspection. Lynn was also able to recommend a painter-who turned out to be terrific. On the day of closing, Lynn had the flu and was unable to make the final walk through, but Steve met me there and made sure everything was the way it should be. Lynn's attitude was so positive through the whole experience. I found her to be a breath of fresh air.
