ZillowVERIFIED Lynn helped me sell the house at the minimum price I wanted, despite finding out that other houses close by sold for much less. She advised me on everything that needed to be improved or fixed to appraise at the value needed even when it went much higher to due adding seller's concession. She even picked me up from the airport and gave me a ride when I came in town for business related to the house! There were a few challenges since she mainly operates in a different county than where my house was located so some of the closing processes were either new to her or haven't done them much. But she worked through them and got it done.
