I?d recommend them to any friend or family member! Let me begin and say that I wasn?t the easiest client for them, but they remained patient with me throughout the entire process. Based on my situation, I needed to sell my house in Atlanta before beginning the search in Charlotte. They made sure to check in with me every few weeks, just to see how things were going, and I thought it was very nice. When I was able to purchase in Charlotte, I gave them very specific criteria, since this house will be the last purchase of my lifetime. I wanted to be in a 55+ community, have a ?like-new? home, and operate with a specific budget. Even with such strict criteria, they were able to provide me with plenty of options, which is what I appreciated the most. They put ?all the cards? on the table and let me steer my own path, with their guidance of course. Other realtors not always do this, since they might have their own agenda. I felt no pressure to make an impulsive decision, which was greatly appreciated for such a stressful decision. When the time came to put an offer on my dream home, they clearly walked me through all the steps necessary and made the process extremely easily. ZillowVERIFIED My daughter and I were looking around the Charlotte area for a home for me. I lived in MA and was considering moving to North Carolina. We got lost and somehow found a phone number to a realtor. We called it and Lynn answered. I seriously felt it was Divine intervention. Lynn volunteered to show us around. We met Lynne and Al and it was the best decision ever. They are so knowledgeable about the area. They work tirelessly, look out for your best interests and always with smiles. They never once acted pushy. They are so so trust worthy. When we found the home I ended up buying it was new construction and not ready for 10 months. Lynn and Al kept me up to date during the entire building process. I was not living in NC and their commitment to me and the entire process made it all so easy. I have to say, I never once had anxiety or buyers remorse during all the delays due to CoVID because of them. These are the best realtors I ever worked with. I have owned several homes in several states during my life and they, by far were the best. Even after closing they stayed on top of the builder to correct things my Inspector (recommended by them) found. If buying in North Carolina or even northern South Carolina, you have to use them!

We found Lynn?s videos on Youtube, which are very informative and helpful to watch as we aren?t from the area. We thought, out of all the realtors we watched, that they were going to be a great fit, especially since they have experience living in another state. From our first FaceTime meeting, we knew they would do their best to find the right match for us. We flew out to Charlotte and were so happy to work with them in person. We felt part of a team and cared for. They really went above and beyond sharing all the local knowledge with us. As we traveled from property to property, they made sure they familiarized us with the grocery stores, different areas of the city, malls, highways, etc. That?s really important for us and we appreciated their efforts to make us feel right at home. When we say above and beyond, we mean it. They made so much time for us. Not a moment was wasted while we were there because they really listened to what we wanted. The market is so competitive at this time, but they continued to work hard to show us places. We ended up securing a new construction. They continue to work as our advocates. Not too long ago we had our pre-drywall meeting. Since we are cross country and with the pandemic still here, we weren?t able to attend. However, Lynn and Albert attended for us, and did a great job on FaceTime showing us our future home with the builder. They also have recommended great professionals to us including our lender and inspectors, and we are incredibly pleased with those services. We highly recommend Lynn and Albert if you are planning to move to the Charlotte and surrounding areas. You won?t be disappointed!
