Lynn helped me buy my first home and then helped me sell it 13 years later. When I was buying, she knew which areas had which features. I wanted natural gas so that eliminated east Kennewick back then. I think she drove me to nearly 20 houses in two days and the last one we saw on the second day was the one. Purchased for asking price and she negotiated seller paying closing costs! Score!! During the sale, she knew exactly what needed attention and what didn't!! Why bother with extra work that won't be value added. She made an amazing walkthrough montage of all the different areas of the house and paid extra attentions to the details during staging. She may seem a tad OCD but we had an offer on the house 23 hours after listing. Sold and closed in 40 days!! I would definitely use Lynn if I was staying in the area!
