Lynley was absolutely exceptional to work with from start to finish. She supported us through every stage of the process of selling our home. We met Lynley while fishing construction on our home. She went out of her way to help us put all the right touches to maximize our homes appeal. She gave expert guidance on staging and navigated negotiations with the buyer with confidence and skill. We always felt like we had a true partner in our corner. Her team was equally impressive with prepping for open houses and showings with professionalism, great communication, and a warm, welcoming presence. Also, behind the scenes, staying on top of all the administrative details so nothing ever fell through the cracks. On top of all that, Lynley went above and beyond by helping us secure a short-term rental in a very difficult Miami market so we had a comfortable place to live between selling our house and moving to a new home. That alone took an enormous weight off our shoulders. We are incredibly grateful for Lynley and her entire team. We cannot say enough good things about selling our home with Lynley. She is such a pleasure to work with, so fun and upbeat and not pushy at all! She took the time to educate us on the market in our area showing us the statistics, comps, trends and then gave us her professional opinion on prices and made sure we understood exactly how she came up with her recommended list price for our home. She is extremely knowledgeable, honest, with a strong attention to detail and always kept us in the loop with everything. We did not need to have the house fully staged but did need a few finishing touches. Lynley went above and beyond and personally picked up a few items to make our house pop and even let us borrow some of her personal items from her home for the photos and showings! We moved out of state in the middle of it and werent able to be there in person the last 2 weeks of the process and she was on top of everything, always in contact and making us feel comfortable and calm leaving in the middle of it all. From the photographer and the closing attorney that she recommended everyone did an amazing job!

Selling a property? No matter if you are selling a million dollar mansion or a humble apartment, Lynley Ciorobea is the agent you need. Within a day of me signing the paperwork to list me condo, the professional photographer was there taking amazing pictures and creating a floor plan. 24 hours later, Lynley had my condo listed on the mls, had created its on website and had it listed on other sites. I had multiple showings soon after. A week later my place was sold. Lynley's services did not end there. She arranged to meet her handy man at my condo to do repairs while I was at work. Lynley then showed me numerous properties to buy. Lynley was very patient and was always honest about the properties we looked at. I put an offer in on a short sale which Lynley recommended doing pre inspections. Lynley went to the property and meet the inspectors for me. While we continued to wait on the bank, Lynley continued to show me other properties. Out of the blue, we heard back from the bank. They wanted to close in two weeks. Lynley went above and beyond to help me close. She put me in contact with a wonderful and reliable mortgage broker and insurance brokers. Before the appraisal , Lynley was making sure a broken glass door was repaired.(something the seller's agent was supposed to do.) If I had to do this again, Lynley would be the first agent I would call. She is reliable, hard working, honest and patient. Lynley answered my emails, phone calls and text messages immediately no matter what time of day. Even after the closing, she is still helping me and answering my questions. The best thing is Lynley's willingness to always help and her smile.
