ZillowVERIFIEDExcellent service from listing to closing. Lyneska came through us as a referral and she lived up to expectations. She was for us a package of transparency and clear expectations, deep knowledge of the market, strategist by trying to anticipate potential market moves, always kept us updated with the most recent trends, adapted to our requests and made her suggestions on what to accept/denied during the negotiations base on her exprience and our needs making it a teamwork environment. Very responsive, answered all our questions and explained the process in a detailed manner. Exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommended, and we definitely consider to work with her again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED d looking to purchase a home in the NE part of the state. This journey it was very scary and with no knowledge of buying. After my initial conversation with Lyneska. I was calm and confident that I chose the right realtor. She very throughly and in layman's terms the entire process. She communicated regularly with me. Sending me listings and following with email/text till she found me the ideal home for me in Jacksonville,Fl. I placed my life in her hands and in return. She turned a scary new adventure into a Dream Home. Thank you Lyneska Deeply for finding me and helping me find my Great Home. P. Diaz

ZillowVERIFIED Lyneska was thorough and patient in covering exactly what we were looking for. She has excellent knowledge of the areas around Jacksonville, St Augustine, as well as places south and west. We never felt rushed or pushed into viewings. I am so happy to have found her. She was knowledgeable about financing, warned us about flooding in certain areas, she knew about upcoming building projects, about local traffic, traffic flow and local amenities. We bought a place she offered to us and are completely happy a year later.

ZillowVERIFIED So I might not have purchased my condo in St Augustine Shores in the most typical manner. It was a foreclosure and my wife and I were almost a thousand miles away. Lyneska was really magnificent! We had many phone conversations, texts and emails throughout the whole process and it was absolutely apparent from the very beginning that Lyneska was on our side and looking out for our best interests. From the beginning to the end, Lyneska was incredibly responsive and helpful in every way. Her recommendations and insights made the whole process smooth and simple. Thanks Lyneska!

No matter what time it was she worked us into her schedule with no problems. We had a lot of issues with our horrible bank unfortunately and she did everything she could to help us resolve the issues and get us to close on our first home. ZillowVERIFIED Lyneska Medina helped us purchase our dream beach condo last month. I was overwhelmed by the process, and I am admittedly a difficult client, but Lyneska never lost patience, and she always made me feel comfortable to ask questions or to help us with anything, even after the closing. She was very attentive and available to us - she even negotiated our offer while on vacation out of the country. Thanks, see you on the beach!

ZillowVERIFIED I had been looking to buy a house for over a month. I had contacted multiple Real Estate companies once I had my pre-qualification and was ready to start hunting. I had a hard time even getting anyone to return my calls or emails. With the economy the way it is I was expecting people to be jumping all over the opportunity. I was referred to Lyneska by a family member who had just bought a house. After the initial phone call she started setting up viewings right away and was always there and never late. Once I found the house I wanted, Lyneska stayed in contact with me through the long closing process just to stay in touch and check up. She was there with me even through closing. She is very professional and knowledgeable and she doesnt treat you like any questions you ask are stupid or anything. I am now relaxing in my beautiful new home which I would have never found without her. I would highly reccomend her for anyone looking to buy a home especially first time home buyers. If I look to buy another house in the future she will be the first person I call.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a rather different situation as my father-in-law was buying a house from out of state to move down and all of us live together, we also wanted to stay in our childrens school district, Lyneska was extremely helpful finding all the listings that suited our situation and setting it up to make it as easy as possible dealing w/someone from out of state. She was very professional and yet friendly and always accessible no matter what time it was and never thought any of our questions or concerns were silly! She was so helpful that we have other family members already using her and others who are planning to when they are ready for a new home, I strongly recomment her services!!! Really can not say enough to emphasize how much we appreciated her help and services!!

She made herself easy to reach, even on holidays, and always responded to any emails, texts, or calls quickly. We searched for 1 1/2 years and used two other agents with little sucess. Thanks to Lyneska we bought our dream home in the perfect location all while being first time parents to a newborn!

ZillowVERIFIED I live in Urbandale, IA -- 1300 miles from St. Augustine, FL. Since early 2008, Lyneska has been managing my rental property there. She handles all aspects of representation including advertising, showing, reference and background checking, contract completion, rent collection, liaison with on-site Association management, and contacting repair technicians as necessary. I have been very pleased with our arrangement and look forward to working with her in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Lyneska was very instrumental in helping me sell my moms house. She was very aggressive, stayed on top of the current market and comps in the area and always looked for avenues to get more interest in her home. Now she is helping me find my new home. She new the area I was looking in and had a good idea for what kind of home I was looking for. Its been a pretty easy process on both ends of the spectrum. Thanks!!

ZillowVERIFIED I arrived here from Illinois, looking for a condo on the beach to retire to. A friend of a friend recommended Lyn. I described to her what I was looking for, and I only had two days to find it. The next day she showed me two condos, each of a different type. I recognized the one that fit my life style, made an offer with Lyns guidance, and it was accepted. Am now living in my condo, couldnt be happier. The previous owners dropped by, and they are pleased too. Have done approx 10 real estate transactions, from 1000 acre ranches, down to a house, and I would rank Lyn with a couple of other brokers who have done a great service for me.

ZillowVERIFIED We were out of state buyers so we needed good communication from our agent and we got that with Lyneska. Our process took about 2 years. Lyneska kept us updated on available homes in the area that she felt we would be interested in. Lyneska was very helpful in finding homes, and recommending local lenders and agents to help make closing easier. We highly recommend Lyneska to help you with your purchase of property in the St. Augustine area.

ZillowVERIFIED Lyneska spent many hours online with me when I started looking for homes in St Augustine. She provided excellent resources, knowledge and experience in helping choose the right home. When I scheduled a trip to see homes in March 2009, Lyneska went above and beyond her duties. She worked extremely hard to make sure I saw as many properties as possible during my visit, which resulted in the purchase of our new home. Thanks so much. I would highly recommend her for all your real estate needs.
