Lynelle Alessi

After graduating from the State University of New Paltz with a Bachelor's degree in both Business and History Lynelle worked as an Operations Manager for several high end retailers including Filene's, Macy's and Neiman Marcus for close to 20 years. She then decided to launch her real estate career in January of 2006 with Century 21 Lanza Realty helping others buy and sell real estate in Orange, Ulster, and Sullivan Counties. She specializes in three segments helping expired's that could not sell their home with their previous realtor, first time home buyers who need someone who is patient and can explain the home buying process from start to finish, and retirees who need a little extra help with the overwhelming process of downsizing after many years in their home .Within two years of obtaining her salesperson's license Lynelle earned her associate broker license along with several designations including ABR,CRS,CNE,GRI,NAR's GREEN,SRES, Short Sale, just to name a few. In 2009 after being in business for only three years Lynelle won the OCAR Bronze Award along with the Bronze award for Century 21 Realty and several other awards throughout the years. In June of 2014 Lynelle joined Keller Williams Realty Hudson Valley United and within 6 months of being associated with the number one real estate company in the North East she attained the Bronze Award at Keller Williams Realty for the Tri-State Region. Again, why is this important to you? It is important to you as a seller because Lynelle CAN sell houses, not just list them. She is a full time not a part time realtor and that is important. If you are a buyer you are not waiting for her to get out of work from a full time job to show you a home three days later because of her work schedule.
