Lynda was fabulous! She told the unvarnished truth, didn't try to sugar coat anything. Our house was very rough, obviously a flipper. She nailed the price exactly and sold our house about 4 hours after we signed the representation paperwork! She handled everything professionally, promptly and explained everything along the (short) way. I would recommend her to anyone in the Yakima Valley.
