ZillowVERIFIED Lynda was amazing! She met with us a few months prior to putting the house on the market, and offered excellent advice on how to get ready. We listened! Within 6 days of listing, we had an offer. She's extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to work with, start to finish. 100% recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Lynda is an outstanding realtor who truly listened to our needs and only presented homes that matched our requirements. Unlike many realtors, she never tried to upsell us. When it came time to renegotiate with the seller, Lynda wholeheartedly advocated for us as buyers. She is very knowledgeable about the area and was able to give us practical advice on things such as which streets in the area will be cleared by the city or county in the winter and which ones as a homeowner I would be responsible for. We will always be so grateful to Lynda for helping us find our forever home.

ZillowVERIFIED Lynda is the best real estate professional we have ever encountered in our many real estate transactions. Her knowledge and experience in her market is extensive. We were looking for a very specific home and she focused only on our parameters, unlike some realtors we have used in the past. Lynda found us the perfect home with our specific features. She was always available before the purchase and as of this date after our purchase she is still instrumental in helping us with additional services that we needed done. Her connections and involvement with her community were extremely valuable to us and we have now a wonderful friend in her and her husband and look forward in seeing her when we come into town. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for their forever home or vacation home. We love our Lynda!!

ZillowVERIFIED I first became aware of Lynda's capabilities when she represented the SELLER of a home I wanted to BUY. Her steadfast allegiance to that Seller was miserable for me (as the buyer). My agent and I tried every ploy we know to get her to waiver . . .but none worked. I ended up buying that house (at over asking) despite her strong support of the seller. Lesson learned: Any time you have a home to SELL, and want the best advocate possible . . .call Lynda Bennett. She has since represented me TWICE as the Seller of homes in our area. You will not find better.

ZillowVERIFIED Professional, reliable, experienced. Lynda sold our house quickly and above asking. She helped us work through some sticky issues surrounding pre-paid rentals and due diligence. The photos and video she offered with her services were top-notch. Easy to work with and has a good network of realtors and buyers.

ZillowVERIFIED I think the best quality was her responsiveness to our calls and e-mails. That was a big deal for us. She also knows the area that we sold in. We picked her through an acquaintance. She told us what needed done to get the best price for the house.

ZillowVERIFIED I wish I could give Lynda more than 5 stars; she is the best!!! She helped us find our dream mountain house on the first (and only) day of looking and thanks to her, the entire process from offer to closing was incredibly smooth. With us not being from the area and not having done the home buying thing in over 16 years, we had A LOT of questions, and she was always super knowledgeable, patient and responsive. I seriously cant say enough good things about her. Do yourself a favor and call Lynda!

ZillowVERIFIED Lynda's expertise helped navigate us to a rapid sale on our parent's house that needed updates. Her knowledge on what improvements needed done, positioning and pricing the property, how to handle unreasonable buyer's attorney and close the deal were quite beneficial.

ZillowVERIFIED Lynda Bennett has been my realtor for over twelve years and has sold several houses for me in Maggie Valley, NC. I would never use anyone else. She knows the area, all the area realtors, the market values and trends and all the communities up here. She is always prompt to respond if I leave a message and always has an answer. This recent sale was complicated, at least to me it seemed so. Not for her, she helped me navigate without a problem and everything went smoothly. She loves what she does and she knows how to do it right. Very professional and always upbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED We lived five hours away, so we did much of our initial looking on-line with Lynda. We gave her our specifications and she recommended potential properties, even steering us away from those properties that looked good on-line, but after she visited the property found it lacking. She was extremely easy to deal with, has a great sense of humor and was always looking out for our best interest. We plan on passing this home down to our son in a few years and will definitely be using Lynda again.

ZillowVERIFIED I owned the house for ten years. I tried to rent it for several years and was unsuccessful. I then tried to sell the house and it was on the market for a year, without success., there were very few people even looking at it. I listed it with Lynda and noticed that there were several people looking at it, each month. Finally Lynda was able to sell it for us. She put me in touch with a property manager and we were even able to rent it for a few months before the sale closed.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't recommend Tracey enough. She made the process of buying a new home very enjoyable. She goes above and beyond with her service and help with all aspects of the process. She helped set up inspections or gave good contact information for all of the companies used. We were out of state buyers and everything went without a hitch, thanks to Tracey.

ZillowVERIFIED Everything went well working with Lynda. She did a lot of communication with us and the buyers in regards to getting all the due diligence taken care of. She is a little high strung and definitely had us worried that the owners may back out of the deal, but everything worked out well in the end.

ZillowVERIFIED Our primary home is in Florida. When we decided to look for a vacation home in the Waynesville area, we wanted an individual with extensive knowledge of the area, including seasonal changes, neighborhoods, construction techniques, local and state regulations and so on. We wanted an individual with a reputation for integrity who was well respected by her professional peers, hard working, and with an easy going temperament. Tall order, but Lynda checks all these boxes and more. She is a ten.

ZillowVERIFIED Lynda is an excellent Realtor with a depth of experience and endless patience. She's knows this area extremely well. She can guide a relocating or second home buyer through the many unknowns and potential pitfalls of an unfamiliar area. We looked at a property that had a spring, not a well, as a water source. Her ability to explain the ramifications of that situation was impressive and very helpful.Lynda recently sold our son a house in Maggie Valley and did a super job! We couldn't have asked for anyone better! She has our highest recommendation.
