ZillowVERIFIEDIn my opinion, Lyn Robinson is the ONLY way to go for a real estate agent. She knows the business better then anyone I have met, and found us a new house within a week in a market that had limited inventory. She contacted us daily with updates, and I cant say enough good about what she does. She stayed with us the entire way, and even still checks in to see how we are doing. Thank you Lyn for your hard work!!

She was always quick to respond to any questions and kept us reminded of what we needed to do and when it had to be done. Our purchase of this property went smoothly because of Lyn's diligence and expertise.

ZillowVERIFIED Our selling experience with Lyn was the best we have had compared to the many others over the years. We moved out of state months before selling our home and relied upon Lyn for much more than open houses and other showings. She visited the house regularly to check on things, provided access to many people as part of the sale - home inspector, fire inspector, irrigation inspector, exterminator and others. Some required multiple visits and Lyn was always available for providing access without a complaint. Lyn's local knowledge and professionalism is outstanding and we could not have sold our house in a timely fashion without all her help.

ZillowVERIFIED Lyn did a great job in not only finding a renter for us but in handling all of the paperwork via email since we were not in Massachusetts at the time. She is totally professional and extremely thorough in the way she handles things. Definitely a Five Star performer.

ZillowVERIFIED Very helpful, honest and willing to work with your budget and areas of interest for renting/buying. She went out for her way to send me daily updates, and knew exactly which apartment I was talking about whenever we spoke. Her time was also very flexible which I really appreciated as work demands that I work odd hours.

ZillowVERIFIED I consulted Mrs. Robinson to help me to find and affordable house to buy and also looking for counseling to perform a short sell of my actual home. She promptly put me in contact with a mortgage specialist to review my case. She keeps me updated by sending new listing to my email every week. I see in Mrs Robinson a trustable person which work in a very professional manner. I will continue working with Mrs. Robinson until I find the house That I am looking for. I strongly recommend her as a Real Estate professional.
