One recent transaction I am especially fond of involved helping a family of eight relocate from Virginia to Tipp City, Ohio. Because they were moving from out of state, we toured multiple Miami Valley homes by video and coordinated several in-person visits. When a for-sale-by-owner home on Beechwood Drive in Tipp City’s Hampton Woods neighborhood became available, we moved quickly. There were a few bumps along the way, as there sometimes are in real estate, but I helped them work through the challenges and kept the transaction moving forward. Ultimately, they were able to purchase a home that fit their family and accomplish what mattered most—moving to Tipp City and living close to family. Helping them turn a long-distance relocation into a place where they could truly put down roots made this transaction especially meaningful to me.
