She has extensive local knowledge and has no problem sharing what she knows about a particular neighborhood you may be wanting to look at. I moved from out of the area and she helped me to focus on certain aspects of the homes we looked at. I may have not focussed on these things coming from a warmer winter climate if not for her. She promptly got back to us with options and we were looking at houses that very week! She has a good eye and does such a good job getting a house with what you're looking for. She has awesome suggestions about what you can do with a space as well. The house we ended up buying we didn't want to look at, she told us that we should give it a chance, even if it was to look to see if it was something we'd like. We ended up buying that very house. She was spot on with delivering what we wanted. An open concept, gorgeous kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it didn't break the bank!
