ZillowVERIFIEDWords cannot express how grateful we are to Lydia in helping us sell our home. She was very attentive, always took our calls promptly, and helped us to get multiple above asking offers. She also went above and beyond in getting our house ready prior to listing and offering assistance all the way till the close date. She is kind, easy to work with, very professional, and extremely trustworthy. We always felt we were in the best hands with her, and we would recommend her services to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Just FYI: as a director to the UBS Financial Services, I have performed hundreds of interviews. When the time came, my wife Tatyana and I planned to interview a number of real-estate agents. Lydia Chen was the first in the list...And, it was the final interview as we both agreed that we liked Lydia very much for her professionalism, attitude (I loved it!), knowledge, and 100% transparency. We are proud now of ourselves - our first impression was absolutely correct! There was no moment when we had any doubt about what, how, and why Lydia was doing. She walked us through a complicated business of selling the house in such a professional, timely, polite, friendly, sometimes funny, and always efficient and effective way, that I am telling you: if you need to to do the same, call Lydia now, and your house would be most likely sold out in no time, no efforts, and in your bets interests, - if you trust her on 100% and follow her perfect and always positive assessments and advises. Thank you Lydia for one of the best experiences in our life!

ZillowVERIFIED Lydia is very persistent and has great negotiation skills. She pays attentions to details. We sold our house through her and bought a house through her as well. Small details:- We scheduled to see a house but there was a snow storm. She didn't cancel the showing and arrived on time.- When we were selling our house, attorney review didn't go through at the beginning but she got the buyer back again and we sold the house to that buyer.- When she showed us houses to buy, she always provided some information we didn't know of.- She never pushes us to make an offer. On the contrary, she listed all the things she had concerns and let us think through. We'll definitely recommend her to anyone we know who will sell/buy a house.

ZillowVERIFIED Lydia was a great help in the buying process. We were planning to start the process of finding a new home with another realtor, but Lydia made sure we could accomplish the most in a short period of time. Her knowledge of the marketplace is unrivaled. Lydia responded quickly and comprehensively to all of our concerns. She also helped us out a great deal to work out the kinks with a new construction home. I would highly recommend Lydia for all real estate needs in Marlboro Twp.

ZillowVERIFIED Lydia is the best and most professional realtor we have been working with. Getting to know her when we were buying our first house. She was the seller agent, but very honest and open and willing to work with us to get the deal done. When we were buying our second house we decided to get her as our agent. She is hard working, patient and a good listener. Understand our needs, never push anything. She has great knowledge and experience in this industry. With her help we bought our dream house. We will use her again to sell our first house. I highly recommend her if you want to buy/sell your home.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Lydia Chen! Lydia was my listing agent. My house was put on market on 3/14/15 4 pm. Two hours later, the first buyer came; there were two buyers the same day evening. There were 6 showing the following day; there were showings every day the first week.I got my offer the 2nd day after my house on market. It was a full price offer. Not only listing my house, Lydia helped me in the whole process. From preparing my basement to get township permits, to re-arranging my house to showing condition, selecting an attorney, negotiation, proving comps to bank appraiser, choosing a contractor to do HVAC inspection, to applying/getting township CCO, Lydia did help me in all areas.Lydia Chen is the Best!!!

ZillowVERIFIED This agent's name is listed under property 75 Culford place in Morganville, NJ. When I tried to contact Lydia Chen about this property, she said "It is not my listing" and just hung up without any further explanations. Very rude and unprofessional. What can I say? She just lost a customer. I would never contact her again and if someone I know ( and I know many people in healthcare industry) hires her as an agent I would talk them against her.

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Lydia for 6 years now. She helped us find a rental house, then buy our own house after a couple of years, then helped us with the sale of our house. Lydia is very good at what she does, but I don't only consider her as my agent, I call her my friend.

ZillowVERIFIED With Lydia's help, we bought our first house and just recently, she helped us again to sell it and bought our new house. We are very happy for all she has done for us. Without her help, the results could be very different all because she made extra efforts and tried all she could. She is experienced in many unique situations during the process of our recent buying and that has been proved critical for the successful deal. Again, we are very happy with Lydia as our agent and will not hesitate to recommend her to our friends.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure to have had Lydia as our realtor in buying our new house. She was very knowledgeable of the area. We were given the opportunities to review all the options in possible areas and narrow down to the most desirable locations. Lydia was very responsive - quick to return emails & phone calls and super fast at answering any questions. She also helped us with other things pertaining to information about inspection, remodeling and maintenance of the house. I would highly recommand Lydia to any home buyers who deserve the best service.

ZillowVERIFIED We were very lucky having Lydia as our buyer's agent. She perfectly combines her knowledge of local real estate with her passion for the best interest of her clients. From the very beginning when we started looking for a house, we could feel she is dedicated, knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. She is not only familiar with the local housing market, but also knows a lot about the house structure, decoration and renovation. For every house she toured, she explained in detail its pros and cons frankly. During the entire buying process, we benefited not only from her knowledge and skills, but also from her wide connections in almost every area (inspection, cleaning, moving, etc.). Her effort didn't stop even after we bought the house; she continually provided us suggestions on how to decorate the house. There is no doubt that we'd recommend Lydia to anyone who wants to buy or sell his/her house.

ZillowVERIFIED Lydia sold my house 9/2011 with the best price I could get. That is within 2 months after my house was listed. She helped me organize my house, enhance the house condition, contact my township and attend inspectors for CO, and fire inspection. In general, I don't have to worry about any details, just let Lydia help me.

ZillowVERIFIED This agent is one in a million. She is highly ethical, practical, patient, and highly competent. I had the very good fortune of having Ms. Chen be the listing agent for my home. She was amazing and guided me through a sale with a very difficult and unethical buyer. She allowed me to vent my frustration at the process and yet always stayed focused on completing the sale at conditions favorable to me. I learned so much from Ms. Chen about patience, taking the high road, and letting her high ethics complete the deal. She is an amazing woman with a unique ability to work gracefully through very difficult negotiations. Anybody who lets her handle their business transaction is a very lucky person. They will be rewarded
