Ms. Le is an excellent realtor even though there are so many buyers looking for a house in 2021. Despite all that, she was very reponsive and willing to help us out until we are able to get the one that we need. After multiple fails, we able to get one at a reasonable price. In the spring of 2021, I found Ly cam Le through a google search. She was a fantastic agent who knows all the ins and outs on real estate in Northern Virginia. It was a hot market and now even hotter so you definitely need an agent who is available, fast acting, knowledgeable about neighborhoods and their skyrocketing value and knows how to negotiate, and Ly has all these qualities in spades. She was able to find us a wonderful home under asking which is unbelievable considering the amount of crazy overbidding going on. I highly recommend Ly without reservation.
