Where do I start with luther and jonathan. Im so glad i found them, our situation with buying our home became complicated when the sellers decided to back out during escrow but we wanted to proceed with legal action. Luther and jonathan stayed with us for a year and a half dealing with it all. If it wasnt for them and their help I honestly dont think we would have been able to win our home. Where do I begin? This was a very complicated, stressful, and tense situation we honestly got thrown into rather quickly and unexpectedly. We have been living in my in laws home for quite a while and unfortunately right after my father in laws passing they decided to put the home up for sale. He came with a booklet in hand, very professional, very open and honest. When he shared his knowledge with us he left us with a very good impression that never left our minds. He spoke with good intentions, but most of all he listened to us. He understood our needs and made sure to exceed our expectations. After all the back and forth we decided to purchase this home that means so much to my significant other. We know that purchasing a home is a business transaction but to us it was much more than that. This home has family history, a deep appreciation for what his father worked hard to have and give to my sweetheart Frank. There was no one else who couldve made this happen for us. Luther and his team made sure our children would continue to grow and make beautiful memories inside this home that is now officially ours. We needed to find someone that cared as much as we did, Luther cared. It never felt like it was just business to him because its not. Having him on our side felt like a good friend who has your best interest at heart. The trust we had in him during such a difficult time made the process a lot easier for us as a family.
