    Lulu helped us buy our first home. She is responsive, open and easy to interact with. She arranged private show for multiple houses that we were interested. Within the first few houses, she understands what we were looking for which helped both of us. She was not pushy and was motivated to work with us throughout the process. With this competitive market, she helped us write good offers without waiving a lot of contingencies. Her boss Mr. Brad is really knowledgeable and assuring, and Lulu conferenced us during important times and he eased our tension with confident and assuring explanations. Their escrow team was truly professional, responsive and trustworthy. They helped us to close the house ahead of the contract end date.     I am looking to relocate my family for business and needed help with this transition. It was by chance that I even found Ms. Simoyan, but that was our luck to find such a knowledgeable person who knows the community and knows the schools and little intrinsic pieces that makes up a good neighborhood.
