She helped explain the process and the thousands of pages of paperwork so that we could understand every step. She gives great recommendations and has good ideas, but is not at all pushy, we never once felt rushed (and we saw a lot of homes!). She also went above and beyond to help us find the right people to get us situated (cleaners, painters, all the things!).
