Review Where do I even start!? Brittany and her team helped make the process of buying AND selling a home seamless! Even when it came time to problem solve through some difficult decisions during negotiations when selling our home. Brittany communicated effectively and always kept us in the loop, whether through email or text and even phone calls when necessary. Review We just sold our home in Martinez after living in the same house for 29 years. This was a very emotional experience to say the least. We found Lupe and Brittany quite by accident, as we knew the neighbors down the street were selling their home and had Lupe Kemper Group as their realtor. One day as we went by we stopped and began chatting with them and asked Lupe if they might come by our house and give us some information on selling our home and how that might work. From the start we were completely amazed at how polished and professional they were! They did their homework with less than a days notice and came to us with a complete binder of comparable homes sold in the area, as well as all kinds of information about how they would help us get it done. They told us from the outset that they would walk with us each step of the way and I can tell you that is exactly what they did. From beginning to end it was essentially a seamless process. They explained everything that would happen and would send us daily updates and calendars of what was next. We loved it! On top of this, both of these women (together with their behind the scenes partner, Jake), were kind and warm and always willing to answer questions or chat whenever we had questions or needed help (and we had plenty of questions!). Also, they were SUPER quick to respond via text or phone whenever we needed. In addition, they were really good to help us with the online process of filling out documents, which took us a bit to learn since we are *older*. ;) They also had many outside resources that they partnered with to accomplish our goal, from painters to haulers to stagers. All were on board and all able to timely get the job done. My husband and I just loved their warmness and their kindness. Because of the hikes in interest rates, we knew that we needed someone that is driven to get the job done without having to make a huge sacrifice on the price. Because of her years of experience and local market knowledge she directed me and many times anticipated any curve in the process. They go above and beyond and work 110% to make the entire experience go smoothly and be stress-free. Review Lupe Kemper is simply the best! My mortgage broker recommended her. He told me that she would get top dollar for our Martinez home. I reached out to her and she was fantastic. She is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely real estate savvy. From the very beginning, she took the lead, and navigated through the complexities of the current East Bay real estate market. She always promptly returned my calls and texts. She was very helpful in scheduling the inspections, appraisal, staging, household repairs and painting. After four and a half days of showing my home, we received nine offers, all over the asking price. Needless to say, we were very pleased. In three week we closed the deal and celebrated. But wait...there's more! Not only did we get the superior service of Lupe Kemper, we got the mother/daughter tag team. Lupe's daughter Brittney was an added bonus! That's right, we got two for the price of one! Brittney was so helpful and pleasant and always kept us in the loop. I can't recommend Lope and her team enough. Give her a call. You won't regret it.
