I'm deeply committed to serving the Dallas-Fort Worth community both professionally and personally. I'm the founder of LIVE Inc. (Latinas Inspiring Vision in Excellence), a nonprofit focused on mentoring young women, promoting education, and supporting families through community outreach and resource events. I also proudly serve on the board of the Southeast Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (SEDHCC), working alongside local leaders to support small businesses and strengthen our local economy. Through ongoing community events, mentorship, and service, I believe real estate is about more than buying and selling homes it's about creating opportunity, stability, and lasting impact in the communities we serve.

HOBBIES/INTEREST

When I'm not working with clients, I'm usually spending time with my family, volunteering in the community, or supporting local events and small businesses. I enjoy hosting gatherings that bring people together, mentoring young women through my nonprofit work, and staying active with fitness and wellness. I believe balance matters, showing up for my family, my community, and my clients with intention, energy, and gratitude.

FAMILY

Family is the foundation of everything I do. I'm blessed to work alongside my husband and our children, including our eldest son and twin daughters, who are also in real estate. I honestly cant say enough good things about working with Mario! From the very first call, they took the time to really listen to what I wanted (and what I definitely didnt want), and somehow turned my chaotic wish list into an actual game plan. Theyre incredibly responsive (texts back faster than my group chat), super knowledgeable about the market, and has this ninja-level skill for spotting red flags before I even notice them. Every showing felt like hanging out with a friend who just happens to know everything about inspections, school districts, resale value, and which neighborhoods have the good coffee shops. They negotiated like an absolute shark and saved me way more money than I ever expected. Zero pressure, total transparency, and somehow made the whole stressful home-buying process genuinely fun. If youre looking for a realtor whos smart, hustles hard, and actually cares (like, really cares) about getting you the right house, stop scrolling and call Mario right now. 11/10, already recommending them to everyone I know!

Mario was great to work with, we looked at about a dozen houses before I closed. He was very responsive and provided a lot of clarity as a first time buyer. Often would see a new house listed and next day we would go out and look at it. He provided valuable information regarding different houses we went to look at, it was nice to have someone experience who has a genuine interest in real-estate and what to look out for. He also has a lot of great reliable vendors from inspectors, plumbers, electricians, roofers etc, if you need someone he has a list of names and has already vetted them through prior deals, due to this we were able to do all inspections within 2 days in the option period because we already had people lined up and ready to go. I'd recommend Mario to any friends or family.

Mario did an outstanding job. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and insecurities on where to put our money or to even risk it all etc, but Mario helped us understand every step we took in the home buying process he was patient and kind no matter what we asked he would always have an answer and if he didnt he will find out and get back to you as fast as he possibly could.So enough said I strongly recommend Mario to anyone he is 100% going to stick with you through the ups and downs.
