ZillowVERIFIED Luker went above and beyond in helping me buy my first home. From understanding what to expect, what each inspection meant, working with the VA for a VA loan, experience with local companies to get inspection, insurance, and financed. I even had to quarantine because of positive COVID results and he still helped me close on time. Got the house under asking price and for what it was worth. 110% would work with him again and suggest him to friends, family, and neighbors.

We where on a tight schedule our home inNM had already sold and we were homeless . In this hot market we were not sure if we could find what we needed. Not only did luker find us a home but he negotiated the price point to our budget. Luker is very knowledge About this area. We had many questions and he never tired in answering them all. In fact he still helps us even after the home sale. He goes above and beyond what a realtor usually does. My husband and I highly recommend Luker to a first time or no matter how many times you have bought a home! We also had to close long distance and he made the process very easy. When we walked into a showing with Luker, he would already know many details that reflected both an immediate reservoir of knowledge and the dedication to prior familiarization with the property. This was impressive as houses were sold within a day or so of listing during the time we were searching. Even now, months after the sale, Luker is a resource we have used to locate tradesmen we could trust to do honest work for us. He is a rare gem.
