I wasn?t even sure if I was ready to buy yet, but I had a good idea on my timeframe and the type of home I was looking for. What initially started as researching a few floor plans, quickly turned into locking in a new home build that aligned with everything I needed. Luke was extremely knowledgeable about the area from school districts, new home builder options, what I was looking for in a neighborhood, the comps/values, etc. We found the perfect house and the price point in needed to stay under. We got it done just in time because he was aware of price increases on the horizon in that community due to the increased demand and thinning lots.
