The housing market was very hot and it was a challenge to find a house that we were interested in that wasn't already under contract. Luke was able to find a house for us in two days! It was a new house that wasn't fully on the market yet since it was still being finished. He somehow arranged a showing during the final cleaning of the house and we were able to get it under contract the same day. We feel that, if he had not found this house when he did, it would have been gone or we would have been in a bidding war. Due to Luke going the extra mile, we were able to buy a house that we are very happy with in an incredibly short time. Luke was extremely professional and very knowledgeable of the local area and all aspects of the purchasing process. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

He was patient as we asked to look at several different houses over a 7 month period. Luke never complained and went far above what was expected by staying at the house while we went to closing so the movers wouldn't leave our belongings on the lawn. Luke was also very responsive by almost immediately responding to every call or text. It didn't matter what time or what day of the week we met him, he always had a suit on and was professional even if we told he it wasn't necessary to dress up for us.
