My husband and I would recommend Luke to anyone. He has worked with several of our family members in buying homes in this area and their experiences were so good that he was our "go to" guy when we were ready to sell our home. He did a LOT of research on the comps to come up with the listing price for our home and that information was very impressive. He kept in touch constantly to let us know the process, what we needed to do and would even check in when there wasn't any news - just to see if we had any questions. Selling a home can be stressful and emotional and his hands-on and guided approach was so appreciated - we had absolute faith and confidence in him. We never had to wonder what was going on. Our house sold in one day and it was a little overwhelming - but Luke made the process easy and as stress-free as possible. Would definitely highly recommend!

Luke was an absolutely wonderful realtor. I had met with a few other realtors over the years, and Luke was an immediate world of difference. He was very intuitive in knowing what I was looking for, what I would like, not like, etc. I live a few hours away, and he would go check out houses for me to let me know if it was worth the drive up or not. He gave very honest advice and I truly trusted his opinion. He made the process very easy. He happened to be representing the buyer and the seller in our situation and I felt he was very honest and fair with both parties. He also helped me find a tenant for the rental I was purchasing, and she is a great fit.
