On point at all times, answered all questions we had and if she didn't have an answer I was sure to receive one in a few minutes. Very personable, extremely knowledge about the available inventory and the surrounding areas. Christy made a potentially stressful process very easy! She was able to sell the condo within a week and get us very close to our asking price. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and her communication and organization skills are A+!! Paperwork was always filed in a very timely manner, she is accessible by text/email/phone any time and has a flexible schedule to show homes. ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to the Porto Group by a friend of a friend and was blessed to be hooked up with Christy Lindsay who was fantastic there are not enough stars for me to describe how professional and efficient Christy was in understanding my needs and helping me find the perfect home. I am a snow bird in that my primary residency is in Florida and so often I was not even in Ct to house hunt. Christy would go and preview the house and then she would facetime me so I could see any home that she thought I would consider. Many people thought I was crazy because I brought a home on line but that was not the case, I had an excellent relator who was looking out for my well being. In the end, I found the perfect home and I am very grateful to Christy for helping me make my second home dream come true.
