Former --> Ballplayer Current --> Life Player, Full-Time Realtor, & Real Estate Investor I am a born and raised Minnesotan utilizing my business and competitive sports background to help clients buy and sell residential real estate. I chose a non-traditional career fresh out of the Carlson School of Management to chase my dream of entrepreneurship in an industry where I saw a significant opportunity. My work ethic, knowledge, and compassion for clients allow me to change the perception of the real estate industry one transaction at a time. My belief in the financial benefits of owning real estate pushes me forward. It is also how I found myself involved in the investment side of real estate, purchasing a duplex with my wife by the age of 24 and owning 17 single family rentals with my family. I currently reside In Minnetonka, with my wife (Caitlin) and daughter (Millie).

Working with Luke was an amazing experience, and I'd recommend him to any buyer/seller. In fact, he has worked with many of my immediate family members as well. From a buying perspective (first time home buyer), Luke was great at walking me through the process to ensure that I understood how things would progress. That way when I found a home, there were no surprises in what was needed from my end. This ensured a smooth close, and a great buying experience. What I like most about working with Luke is that it never felt like he was trying to sell me on a home -- he didn't influence my opinions on whether or not it felt right. What he did do an excellent job of was making sure I understood the current structural state of the home accurately (roof, windows, utilities, etc), which was greatly appreciated as I knew less than I should have about those things. Oftentimes, the first place Luke would walk to during a showing was the utility room -- something I learned to appreciate. He also has an amazing understanding of where I purchased (Southwest suburbs -- Minnetonka). Being from the area, and having assisted so many other families in the area, I felt 100% confident that we was the realtor to work with. I have zero negative things to say about him -- both personally and professionally.

Luke is responsive and very knowledgeable. Luke was always willing to meet me when a house hit the market that fit my needs and labeled both great things and concerns that he saw with the house. I was also moving from out of state, and Luke was able to represent different areas well and intuitively identify locations that fit what I was looking for. Luke knew who to call, and took care of setting up inspections relevant to the concerns. I would 100% reccomend Luke to anyone buying a house in the Twin Cities.
