ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Luke to sell my house as well as to purchase a house and would HIGHLY recommend him and his team. First of all, let me say that my house sold in ONE day! A house down the street just listed after mine and is still on the market weeks later. I know that Luke was instrumental in getting my house sold so quickly. Luke went above and beyond for me to ensure my goals and expectations were met. To start, we had a sit-down meeting about the process and he answered all of the questions so I knew what to expect. He knows the local area very well and helped to determine the right listing price to ensure the house would sell quickly but that I would also get top dollar possible. Luke uses a professional stager and a professional photographer. This was very important to me to ensure my house was marketable. You know how the saying goes you only get one chance to make a first impression. I believe this is true for real estate too. If your online photos don't show off your home you will not have any interest. I have worked with an agent in the past where the stager came in and gave me a task list of things to do. Luke's stager came and did the work with and for us. She brought in lighting, art work, decor and furniture that really complemented and brought out the best in our home. After staging and photos were done our listing went up very quickly. After the offer came in Luke walked me through the paperwork and process. To help us get packed up Luke brought us boxes! Luke and Lana recently went through a move also so they anticipated our needs and helped at every turn. They were even able to recommend movers! Not only does Luke have the highest level of work ethic he is a very positive and calming influence. We ran into a few challenges in the process but Luke was always there to explain our options. Selling, purchasing and moving a home can be a stressful process and you want someone who can help ease your way through it. Luke is definitely the right person for the job!

My wife (fiancA(C) at the time) and I actually met Luke for the first time in May and we sat down with him and he explained the ins and outs of buying a house in great detail and had answers to all our questions which made us feel really comfortable.
