ZillowVERIFIED I have nothing but great things to say about Luke. I really like how he has embraced using online tools and can communicate quickly via text and email. His presence in Zillow was important to us, as many realtors just say not to worry about Zillow though it's obvious buyers are looking there. He offers every thing any other good realtor does, like a professional photagrapher, and more, like the automated personalized message about your home linked to the 1-800 number on the yard sign. Any concern or issue we had was resolved very quickly.Bottom line: he sold our house for above asking price in 2 days. Even in a hot market, that blew our expectations away.

The other realtor (for the Seller) was very pushy and I believe over stated her abilities to her seller. I think Luke was more reasonable and understood there were limits at the time as to how far the market would bare for the house we were getting. The mortgage agent he recommended was very good also in making this deal work so with Luke's team the deal worked out o.k.
