Wheen i was able to view homes with him in person I was thankful for his expertise in what to watch for in older homes, as well as important insights into all the communities in the Twin Cities! Luke was quick to communicate and respond, was cutting edge on how to bid on the 1933 home I was interested in, and went beyond expectations by showing up at the Property for the inspections, repairmen, and to double check questions I had. Luke is delightful. No pressure, easy going, and genuinely someone on my side. You cannot go wrong with Luke!
