We were moving from out of state, and Paul spent lots of time with us on the phone discussing the process and what to expect. Whenever we would come to town to visit, he was always willing to be flexible to schedule private showings with us during times that worked well for us. Review I worked with Andrew Bouman for purchasing my first home in Holland, and I cant say enough wonderful things about Andrew the entire Luke Bouman team. He helped me to understand the buyers landscape, and helped me navigate the process of purchasing a new build. Since he had worked with new builds before he told me specific items to look out for and things to be aware of. When there were delays or things that needed to be fixed by the builder he went to bat for me and every single item was resolved. After closing hes been such a wonderful resource, sharing advice on things to make sure I'm completing within a certain time frame (lots of open ends on a new build!) and in general checking in to make sure I'm settling in well. I had decided to try to sell my home myself in Grand Haven, MI thinking I could save money on commissions etc. Luke informed me that my home was worth thousands more than the price I was thinking about. I immediately changed the price of my home after talking with him. I sold my place on the first day it was listed, plus the offer was above the asking price! After this experience I will always hire a professional real estate agent. Take my word for it. Dont do it alone. You can lose a lot of money and not even know it! But it was just as important to me that he also clearly explained his companys team approach to marketing and selling real estate and how todays technology and professional photography strategies can effectively market a home. We met with a handful of very pleasant realtors before Luke (he was our last) and it was abundantly clear to us this was our guy: super professional, not sickly sweet and could back up his credentials with evidence, experience, knowledge and robust team processes. Within 30 mins of signing with him, I had contact from and appointments set up with his professional home stager and photographer. Luke explained the whole process in detail with us, and told us what to expect while going through the process of selling our home. We heard about the "LUKE BOUMAN TEAM" from friends of ours who had just sold their home through "THE LUKE BOUMAN TEAM" themselves. Their sale was very quick, as was ours. We sold our home in less than 10 days! Luke explained that he pays extra money for lots of advertising of listings. He also has a professional "staging" person to come out to your home and give you recommendations on what items to put where in your home to help your home more appealing to potential buyers of your home. They also have a professional "photographer" come out and take lots of pictures of your home, from all different angles, so, buyers can see most everything before even coming out to your property. All-n-All, this was an awesome experience! 5 stars all the way! We have already spread the word around to others who may possibly sell their homes as well. We all know, word of mouth is always the best kind of advertising. Best of all, it's free!
