About Luke Andreae

Luke leads a team of professionals known as The Andreae Group. The Andreae Group has been the top-selling, residential real estate team in Punta Gorda for more than 2 decades. Luke's expertise & attention to detail ensure that you have the best experience when buying or selling real estate in the Punta Gorda area. Luke was raised in Punta Gorda and has excellent knowledge of our area as well as properties currently on the market. There is always one of them available to be of service to you. Luke joined The Andreae Group after being involved in commercial real estate in Washington D.C. and Kansas City, MO. He always had a desire to be in the industry after listening to Nancy's real estate stories at the dinner table while growing up. When it was time to have kids, he knew exactly where he wanted them to grow up. If you do not find Luke at the office or spending time with his family, then you will probably find him on a tennis court. He attended the Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy while in high school and played Division I college tennis at The George Washington University in Washington D.C. He still loves the sport and tries to play competitively throughout Southwest Florida. Luke has two daughters. Even though they are still quite small, Luke is under no illusions as to who runs the household.

Weve been working with Luke for almost 30 years . Weve bought and sold homes together. Weve bought and sold lots together. Hes helped us with building a home, settling multiple estates and multiple insurance claims. There is nothing that he cant do with his knowledge, personality and his team behind him.
