The Kita Group is a full-service real estate team helping buyers and sellers throughout Southern Colorado. Based in Pueblo West, we serve communities from Colorado Springs to Trinidad and from Salida east to La Junta.

Luke Kita, licensed since 2012, leads the team as its rainmaker, building client relationships and creating strategies that help buyers and sellers reach their goals. Tricia Kita, licensed since 2011, serves as Director of Operations and Contract Management, using her organization, attention to detail, and contract expertise to keep every transaction on track.

Initially I was undecided as to what to do with the property,sell or hold on. Spoke with Luke and Tricia Kita about my need for help in many areas if the house is to sell! I immediately felt as tbough this thing could go forward as Luke created a level of confidence in me I'd only hoped was possible. Luke and Tricia put the house on the market and got to work! Since I currently live 2 hours plus from the property it would be difficult for me to oversee issues that needed attention and this is where Luke and Tricia SHINE!! In 2014 we only had 2 weeks to find a home in Pueblo Colorado that would fit our budget, location, had 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 car enclosed garage, central AC, and in a gated community. The Kita's made that happen for us, we were in escrow while flying back to Hawaii after 2 weeks vacation. We now in 2016 moved to Colorado and live happily in our new home. This could not have been possible without their expertise, knowledge, understanding and speed they provided.

I was in a very difficult situation I had to sell my dream home, literally my dream home. The housing market where I live is not great. I was asking top dollar for my dream home and investment. The home had been well maintained so not much work was needed to put the house on the market. I need the carpets clean and of course after the furniture was moved out several areas need some TLC. I hired a local carpet cleaning services with very poor results. I was willing to make a price cut in order to sell the home. Tricia &Luke Made the suggestion that I try someone they knew. I did and had wonderful results. The Kita team received three offers in two weeks and the third offer paid top dollar. I am very satisfied with the Kita team and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
