I cannot say enough good things about Luis. He made the whole selling process very easy. Luis was always available to answer my multiple questions and explained every thing very clearly. The whole selling process went by extremely quickly and smoothly. I appreciated that Luis provided regular updates regarding the sale of the house. We had an excellent experience working with Luis as listing agent on a large estate home in Redlands. He presented extensive comps, gave helpful tips on what we should fix. His drone and virtual tour videos were great and we feel these helped sell our house very quickly for way over our asking price. Very good direct communication.. not a lot of nonsense or fluff which is the way I prefer to work.
