We cannot say enough good things about this man. We have used Luis twice now , firstly to buy our condo in Chula Vista when we moved from Rhode Island and again just recently when we sold the same condo to move back to England. We found Luis not only to be a very personable gentleman but one with intense professionalism and integrity who took great pains to ensure we were fully informed and feeling comfortable about the procedure. He prides himself on being on time for appointments and he takes time to explain each process clearly and concisely so that nothing is a surprise to his clients. Louis helped protect me in a purchase of my new home recently. I have dealt with numerous Realtors in the past, but none as thorough and as reliable as Louis.
