ZillowVERIFIEDCarolina and Luis were our realtors for the sale of our house and purchase of a new one. From the very first contact, both were very responsive, pleasant and knowledgeable. We could tell right off the bat that they both really knew their business. It was also evident that they are genuinely nice people and seemed to really care about helping us achieve our end goal of selling and buying. Carolina seemed to be working day and night and always kept us updated via email, text and phone. Everyone in their office that we dealt with was just as responsive and helpful. They have a great network of professionals that made all the process hand offs smooth, from the inspection to the appraisal. We also had a lender that was dropping the ball, very frustrating. When it became apparent they werent as focused on this process as we were, Carolina referred us to Keller Mortgage, who got everything done in 3 days, that the prior lender couldnt do in 4 weeks. Even got us a whole percent lower rate ! This was by far the smoothest home buying/selling experience weve ever had. I highly recommend the Piamba Home team if you are looking for a quality realtor to work with. You will definitely be impressed.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Carolina and Luis now twice - as a home buyer and then as a seller - has been a fantastic experience. They are incredibly responsive and genuinely care. They love helping buyers and sellers navigate the emotional process of real estate. As a buyer I came from out of town and had 1 weekend to find a place. They lined up 20+ properties in both Tampa and St. Pete! They wanted to make sure I got a good sense of the neighborhoods and what my money could buy. As a seller it was an incredibly emotional process as I was selling a home, moving out of state, getting a new job, and of course buying a new place in a different state. I was emotional! Carolina and Luis were there every single part of the way. They even interviewed an agent to recommend for me out of state!!! I mean talk about BEYOND INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! Carolina is so caring and has wonderful energy - she wants to help you and make the process as easy and seamless as possible. Luis is great as explaining the logistics and pulling comps to make you feel confident. The Piamba Home Team is amazing. But wait! On top of this, Carolina and Luis have AMAZING relationships with mortgage brokers, the Title company, etc. One of my favorite aspects of working with them - you ALWAYS work and interact with THEM. They don?t push you to an assistant. So you get 1 name, 1 number, and 1 email. How easy!! I can?t say enough about these 2. They?re so wonderful I?m sad I?m no longer in Florida! Hire them. They will do right by you. They will go above and beyond. They will find your dream home or sell your home.

ZillowVERIFIED The mortgage company we initially used for a condo we were buying took six weeks . We were about to close on the loan but at the last minute the mortgage company decided not to give us the loan because of some lame excuse , even though we have perfect credit . Carolina Piamba put us in touch with a mortgage expert which got us the loan in only 13 days from start to closing . I also had a house that was going on the market . I needed two weeks to get the house ready for sale . She had it sold before it would have actually gone on the market . I would highly recommend her for all real estate selling and buying .

ZillowVERIFIED Carolina and Luis are amazing realtors. They convey from the very first meeting that they will do everything possible to get your home sold at the highest price possible. My home was listed with another realtor for 90 days and we only had 5 views! After contracting with Carolina and Luis they immediately had a 3D video produced as well as a complete photo shoot for our listing and had an open house that Sunday. The house sold in two weeks! Their negotiating skills got me top dollar. They really care about their clients. They communicated with us every few days to keep us updated. It was obvious that they were concerned that we were happy with the progress. I wanted to list with an agent that would take an aggressive stand on selling my home and would be honest while doing so. I have already recommended them to a friend and I would do so to anyone that wants a realtor that gets it done.

ZillowVERIFIED We sold a house, bought a house, packed up, moved with 2 small children.... all while working full time in LESS THAN 3 WEEKS! Needles to say we needed a team who could be there for us 100% . The Piamba team provided the security and comfort that we needed to survive the process . They were on top of calls/texts, emails, buyer and seller inquiries , plus so much more . I honestly don't know how We did everything in the time frame we did but I can tell you if it wasn't for them we wouldn't be enjoying our new home today. On top of that I never felt that I was " a bother" or had a "silly" question. This process was very foreign to me so everything was explained in detail and in a manner I could understand. Carolina came over and helped us stage our home , she even went above and beyond to bring me airfreshners and fresh paint for touch ups! My first impression is he was impeccably dressed and while friendly got right down to business. He did not tell me my home was going to sell quickly for an excellent price. He agreed that my asking price should bring in buyers. He staged my already beautiful condo with pictures, candles, and towels. On completion he had an open house for realtors. A few days later, I had a decent offer. We have now closed and I could not be happier.
