We could tell right off the bat that they both really knew their business. It was also evident that they are genuinely nice people and seemed to really care about helping us achieve our end goal of selling and buying. Carolina seemed to be working day and night and always kept us updated via email, text and phone. Everyone in their office that we dealt with was just as responsive and helpful. They have a great network of professionals that made all the process hand offs smooth, from the inspection to the appraisal. We also had a lender that was dropping the ball, very frustrating. When it became apparent they werent as focused on this process as we were, Carolina referred us to Keller Mortgage, who got everything done in 3 days, that the prior lender couldnt do in 4 weeks. Even got us a whole percent lower rate ! This was by far the smoothest home buying/selling experience weve ever had. I highly recommend the Piamba Home team if you are looking for a quality realtor to work with. You will definitely be impressed.
