It was a much worse experience, he makes you sign contracts without consulting a lawyer, he only gave 15 days to approve a loan, which was impossible to comply with, so he made me lose my security deposit, I had to go to court to claim the deposit, because the loan was denied, he has no experience, and he doesn't help you get out of the problem of the contracts he makes you sign. He said that I would receive the house without inspection, which I never said. In short, he has no work team to back him up, he just improvises..
