I was interested in checking out the area for a potential relocation and only had 2 days to spare. I was very impressed with the options that Luda presented and fall in love with one of the properties. Since I was out is state, Luda managed inspections, repairs, all paperwork (was done remotely, such a relief for a busy professional as myself), helped with movers, provided list of contacts for me to set up utilities, met me when I arrived with keys and house warming gift and is still checking on me to make sure I adjust to the area well. I am externally grateful to Luda for this wonderful experience buying my new home in Florida.
