Review Lucy went above and beyond establishing a rapport with the private seller and helping us both navigate the process for an early closing and helping us out find a rental to cover the month between us closing and moving out of our house and then closing on our new house and moving in. We loved the ability to get in touch with her anytime with questions or requests and she would get back right away. She was like family and made any stress vanish from the entire process.

Review Very professional. Goes beyond what one would ask from a Realtor. She personally shoveled a path to the door and driveway at the last minute request of the buyer. Sincere. Excellent follow up. The best of her kind. Has been of great assistance after the sale was completed. Wisely advised me how to manage this difficult buyer. I would definitely use her services again.

Review Lucy was great to work with. I had to sell my mom's condo quickly, after moving her to a memory care facility. I live halfway across the country from Maine, so I needed someone I could count on to work with minimal input/oversight. Lucy really took charge of the process, in a very respectful and sensitive way. She gave us honest and helpful feedback about the condition and value of the condo. She helped me find and coordinate the work of contractors to get some needed updates and also helped me figure out which work was worth doing to get the best price and which wouldn't really make a difference. She was available to let contractors in and out (much-needed assistance, since I couldn't be there). She made everything as easy as possible in what was a difficult and emotionally-fraught family situation. I'd highly recommend Lucy to anyone selling a home, particularly on behalf of an aging parent. Although, I imagine she'd give equally top-notch service in any situation.
