When you’re selling your home, you deserve an agent who is focused on getting you the most money possible for your hard-earned investment.
I specialize in doing just that. I don’t believe in simply putting a sign in the yard and waiting for a buyer. I market strategically to the right target audience and advertise heavily across the internet, including Zillow, Realtor.com, social media platforms, IDX brokerage websites, and many other third-party resources.
When I receive multiple offers, I carefully review them with my client and, when appropriate, I may recommend going back to the buyers for Highest and Best. This can create competition and encourage buyers to put their strongest offer forward, potentially driving the sale price higher.
I have been in this business for over 25 years, and I have built my reputation on getting results and breaking record-high sale prices. My goal is always to make sure my sellers don’t leave money on the table.
