Lucille did an amazing job selling my home in a tough business environment when mortgage rates are very high. I have worked with her both on the buying and selling sides with great success. She was very professional and responsive to questions and was able to get a record sale for comparable homes in the neighborhood. I highly recommend her as a realtor if anyone is looking to list their home.

After less than 5 minutes of talking to Lucille, I knew she was the right person to work with on our sale. I had a list of agents recommendations to call and happened to call Lucille first. She helped answer questions right away and always took the time to give us information that helped immensely in the selling process. Lucille gave us great advice in preparation for the listing and her strategy for listing/price point was spot on. There is no doubt her guidance through this process helped us succeed in our sale!

Lucille was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure the deal went smooth. We had to do this deal while not living in the same state and she made the process so easy! I highly recommend Lucille! We will defineily be using her again should we need to buy or sell a home.

Lucille Barbetta was highly recommended by dear friends of ours for which we are grateful. She is definitely a seasoned agent being very knowledgeable in her field going above and beyond the call of duty to meet our needs. In addition to Lucille being excellent at her craft, she is a genuine individual with a calming and reassuring presence. She was the perfect fit for us throughout the business transaction. In fact, we have maintained our friendship well past the sale of our home! :) As an established agent, Lucille has often been recognized and has earned many awards in the realty field which is quite clear to us given she is the consummate professional! Wishing her many years of continued success!! Kim & Frank Pawlicky

Lucille sold me my first home 9 years ago so it was a no brainer deciding to return to her to sell and purchase a new home. I cannot put into words my gratitude to Lucille for being such a hard working and dedicated realtor. My husband and I listed our house and got a full price offer its first day on the market which also led to a bidding war. We also made an offer on our dream house which got two other offers the same day as our offer. Lucille gave us guidance on how to move forward and our offer was accepted. We had some issues on the house we were buying due to open permits which effected getting the CO but Lucille was ontop of everything every step of the way and made sure all issues were resolved so we did not have to push back our closing (or live in a hotel until issues were resolved). But it didnt stop on closing day. During our final walk through none of the issues from the home inspection that were agreed upon were fixed. Lucille continued to fight for us until all matters were resolved which unfortunately continued 3 months past closing. Even though her job was done and she was paid, she didnt stop just because we were living in our house. She continued to stick by us until all matters were resolved. Her professionalism and kindness is greatly appreciated and we would recommend her to any and everyone.
