Lucia was the first one to call me and was so thoughtful in collecting the details of our home of 26 years. We were so impressed when she sold our home quickly and she cared enough to surprised our family with a picture book and thumb drive of photos of our home. I would highly recommend her! Very professional and supportive!

Lucia helped me sell my house knowing it needed a lot of work. She was able to make it look presentable and stayed with me through a somewhat bumpy process of getting it to market. Lucia is very pleasant to work with and very patient and I would highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Lucia was very knowledgeable in all that was asked of her. Although we had a few hiccups along the way with the mortage program that I used, she remained professional and helped me through all of the issues. She always responded to my questions and helped me in providing the best offer in order for me to get accepted.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a wonderful experience. I probably requested to see about eight properties over the course of a three week period. Lucia did a great job of setting appointments around my schedule to get in and view the homes quickly. She patiently helped me through the process as I was a first time buyer.

ZillowVERIFIED This was our second transaction with Lucia. We found her to be a top notch responsive professional providing amazing results! Lucia will not let you down! Our house sold in just a day after the open house Lucia provided, bringing us multiple offers all over asking. We are very particular with our agents and trust due to past challenges with other agents. At no time did Lucia not respond nor did we experience any delays in her response. We truly were impressed with her knowledge of the market and the area! Yes, yes, yes...if you need a solid experienced professional who is trustworthy, give her call!

ZillowVERIFIED Lucia was absolutely amazing. She was always readily available to answer questions, communicate with the seller, and walk us smoothly through the process of buying a home. We moved from out of state and had to do a lot of paperwork and communicating long distance, we could not have asked for a better person to make sure we we had covered all our bases. We felt confident that we were in good hands from the beginning while she was showing us properties around town all the way through closing. Cannot recommend her highly enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Lucia helped me buy a house in 2016. This was my first time I bought a house. I've worked with her in the mortgage industry previously and has access to a long list of agents, but I knew that I was going to go with Lucia for my personal transaction. She made sure everything went through smoothly and for the right price. I am definitely going to recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. Her due diligence will protect her clients no matter what the transaction is.

ZillowVERIFIED We had been looking for almost 2 years before we landed our first home. If it wasn't for Lucia's knowledge of the local market and her patience, we would not be in our home that we had always envisioned! Anytime we wanted to look at a house, she had us viewing it within 24 hours. We were able to lean on her to help us through the process with confidence. I would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Lucia is hard working, personable and really cares about her clients. She listed and sold my mother's home during a very trying time for our family. She was a consummate professional and at the same time very caring. Whether you are buying or selling, you will not find anyone who will work harder for you.

ZillowVERIFIED Lucia sold our house in the dead of winter within 2 weeks of taking us on as clients, after the house had languished on the market for months and 2 other agents had failed. We got our full asking price minus a reasonable amount of cash assistance to the buyer. She handled negotiations perfectly, keeping us informed without bogging us down in details. Lucia is almost unbelievably responsive. We never had to wait until the next day for a response or an update. It would be hard to see how anyone could have performed better. You would be fortunate to have Lucia be your representative in a real estate transaction. I had never met or had any other dealings with her until she sold our house.
