I've lived in Citrus County since 1995 - my family and I call Pine Ridge home - and for more than ten years I've helped families here buy and sell their homes. Terra Vista and Citrus Hills are where I focus most of my work, along with Hernando, Inverness, Crystal River, Lecanto, Beverly Hills, and the surrounding communities. I know my community. I know which neighborhoods hold their value, what buyers are really looking for here, and how to price a home so it sells without leaving money on the table.
